.Hello there guys and sorry for this being my first post but i need some help before the misses goes even madder at not being able to use the hot tub We acquired a friends Del Sol Redondo hot tub about 3/4 years when they moved off to Spain. It has been working great up until last year when the control panel no longer functioned properly (some times it would start, not getting the temp up correctly, bubbles not coming on properly). After a lot of looking around for the part (very hard to find about this tub in the UK), we managed to get the part and I installed it last month with no probs.
Started it up with out the filter in and all was good. Let it run for a bit and temp was going up nicely and all looked good. Put the filter back into it and placed the cover back over to get nice and warm. Cam back a little later and was getting up to temp nicely.A little later, found out that it had stopped pumping and a FLO error had come up. Turned it all off and made sure the filter was in correct, which it was.
Nothing had gotten into the pipes to stop the flow either. Turned it all back on only to find 3 dashes on the display now and it will not start pumping. Ive made sure there is not an airlock in the pipes but apart from that im at a loss.I can not find any manuals online for it to help me out. Was wondering if it needs a re set some how but i do not know how to do that eben. Note: This procedure is considered normal maintenance for this type of jet. 1 1.4 Cleaning The Hot Tub Interior To preserve the sheen of your hot tub's surface, it is crucial that you avoid using abrasive cleaners or cleaners which have adverse chemical effect on the surface.
If you are not certain as to the suitability of a particular cleanser, consult your authorized Sundance Dealer. 1 1.7 Maintaining The Optional Synthetic Cabinet The optional synthetic cabinet requires little or no maintenance of any kind. To clean, simply wipe cabinet with a clean towel and mild detergent soap solution.CAUTION: Never spray cabinet with a garden hose for any reason since this action may induce an electrical short in the spa’s electrical equipment. Remove any remaining water from the footwell.

The hot tub will stay in this mode until the water temperature reaches 15 degrees below the set temperature.Communication between the control panel and/or remote control panel and circuit board is faulty. Contact your dealer or service organization. 'WATCHDOG' (Hot tub is deactivated) A problem has been detected which could cause damage to the hot tub or its components.
