- I noticed that I can no longer see enemies model (I can only see their weapons flying but no characters) and my weapons with the game nexuiz (2.4.2-1 found with Ubuntu 9.04). It used to work fine with older mesa.

Desktop Effects
Nexuiz first person shooter Nexuiz is a fast-paced, chaotic, and intense multiplayer first person shooter, focused on providing basic, old style deathmatches. There is no official package available for openSUSE Leap 15.2.
Before starting the game you may need to disable Desktop Effects, or you could get display errors or the game could run too slowly (this may be not needed on an nVidia card with proprietary drivers).

Nexuiz is a graphically demanding game which requires Direct Rendering.

Nexuiz Download Ubuntu 64-bit
Nexuiz is a first person shooter game which is much like Quake. It has both single player and multiplayer versions. The game-play is smooth and perhaps more importantly the game itself is very ‘light’, absolutely nothing special is required in terms of processing power and graphics capability to enjoy this game.
Its available from the Synaptic as well as the Ubuntu Software Center (I would prefer to use the latter). Type ‘nexuiz’ in the search bar of Ubuntu Software Center. And install it. This image will demonstrate it.
